Instead of the usual $25 per document, the fee is now $5 per document for adoption.
The turnaround time is anywhere from 3-7 business days.

Instead of the usual $40 per document for expedited service, the fee is now $20 per
document for adoption.  The turnaround time is 8 1/2 business hours, if you use a courier.
