Vietnam Adoption Services At Children's Hope International
At Children's Hope International, our mission is to help prospective U.S. parents through the process of Vietnam adoption, as well as adoption procedures in Russia, Ethiopia, China and Colombia. In Vietnam, children without parents fare badly, since it is a very poor country. If you are interested in South Asia adoption, we have the information you need and will work with you every step of the way.
Adoption Services for Vietnam Adoption
Children's Hope International started working in Vietnam adoption in 1998 and facilitated the placement of nearly 500 Vietnam children. We are licensed for Vietnam adoption and endorsed by The Hague. From the time you submit your preliminary application, we will work with you as you assemble your dossier, fulfill the home study requirement and travel to Vietnam to meet your chosen child. We're there to help you through the transition after your family returns home, too.
Vietnam regulations allow parents to adopt within a wider range of ages than many other countries. The lower age restriction requires only that the parents be 20 years older than the child they wish to adopt. (Children's Hope International requires that both parents be at least 23 years old.) The age of the child you'll be allowed to adopt is linked to the ages of the parents. Even those over 60 may be allowed to adopt if they are willing to accept a child more than five years old. Parents under 50 may adopt a child of any age. Single women are also accepted as adoptive parents. Please browse our website for more information on South Asia adoption.
