Adoptive parents must be between the ages of 25 and 55 years in order to adopt a child

Maximum age difference between parents and child should not exceed 45 years.

No official age limit for adoptive parents (each situation is looked at on a case-by-case basis)

No Singles.

No limitation on the number of children already living at home with adoptive family.

The Family must meet United States Immigration requirements as well as provide a complete dossier of paperwork to Ukrainian officials.

Both parents MUST have US Citizenship at this time.

People with certain diseases/medical conditions are unable to adopt.
