Returning Home after your Russia Adoption

After returning home, please contact your Social Worker and ask about any procedures for social security, citizenship, birth certificate, applying for the adoption tax credit, re-adoption and any other necessary steps.
Children’s Hope will complete the registration procedure with the Russian Consulate in the US for you.
Post Adoption begins: According to Russian law, there are four post adoption reports required of families completing adoptions.
