What are the specific age requirements?

• Russia takes the cumulative age of the parents and refers a child accordingly.

• Families under 45 years must be open to a child up to 18 months.

• Families from 45 to 50 years must be open to a child from 2 to 5 years

• Families over 50 years must be open to a child over 5 years
