Heterosexual couples (with or without children) may apply.

Must be 25-50 years old or up to 55 on a case by case basis for 7 years and older. (Parents' ages at time of referral.)

Couples must be married 1 year marriage at application.

No more than 2 divorces permitted.

No singles.
