Home Study Process

Thank you for your interest in the adoption and Home Study services offered by Children's Hope.  The Ohio Regional Office of Children's Hope is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services to complete Home Studies for families residing in Ohio who plan to adopt internationally.

Home Study Application

Please note that the State of Ohio does require a separate application for families completing the Home Study process (different from the country program application).  To download the Home Study Application, please click here: Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Application for Child Placement.  You can mail the application with  your application fee of $200 to the Ohio Regional Office at 5534 Brecksville Road, Independence, Ohio 44131.
