The fee for an apostille or authentication is $10.00 per document with a total maximum fee of $100 per adoption.
Documents can be processed with in person service or mailed in. When filing, you will need to include form2103 with each document. This form can be accessed at the following website: http://www.sos.state.tx.us/statdoc/forms/2103.pdf
If mailing your documents, please enclose an appropriately sized self-addressed, stamped envelope or a pre-paid overnight envelope for the return of the documents. Mail your request to:
