In order to visit this office or to speak with an Immigration Information Officer, you must have an appointment scheduled by USCIS, or you must schedule an INFOPASS appointment, on the USCIS website. When you come to your scheduled INFOPASS appointment, you must bring the printout of your INFOPASS appointment and a photo ID with you.

Information Counter:
Open Monday, Tueday, Thurday, and Friday from 7:30AM to 11:30AM and 1:10PM to 4:00PM. The office is closed on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Information Lobby:
The INFOPASS Kiosk is available for use, Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
