Asia adoption is a complicated process, and keeping track of China adoption costs is one of the more difficult aspects. There are a great many different costs and fees to take into account when you wish to adopt Chinese babies, all payable at different times and by different means of payment, such as credit card, cashier's check, money order, personal check or cash, in both Chinese and American currency. - ISCIS filing and fingerprinting: $670 plus $80 per adult
- home study fee and prepaid post-adoption support: set by local agency

- visa to enter China: $130 per person plus cost of courier
- U.S. and international airfare: approximately $1,500 for each adult plus $100 for a child under three
