Jeff taught graphic design and photography at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in China for 12 years before coming to America. After coming to the U.S. Jeff took the Designing and Implementing Web Solutions Training Program in USA. Jeff said, "I like working as webmaster and design artist for Children's Hope International because it means helping children".

Web Enhancement

John came to the U.S. from China in 1990. He did his research as a visiting scholar for 3 years. Afterward he completed an M.A. degree at the University of Missouri - St. Louis. In China, he received his B.A. in English and a degree in law. He is responsible for web enhancements so our website will be ranked high in natural search as well as overseeing the pay-per-click issues and tracking as well as doing our English/Chinese documents' translation and liaison for the orphan sponsorship program to China. John is married to Lihua, who is the owner/director of Home Montessori Day Care Center, and they have two girls, Jennifer and Julie.

Dorothy Pearce
Website Content/Design Manager

A St. Louis native, Dorothy received her BA of Studio Art from Saint Louis University. She brings over seven years of graphic design experience working with such companies as Bank of America, The May Company and MonsterCommerce. However, all of these positions were lacking something. “I have always had the desire to work for an organization that had a greater sense of purpose, a position where my work meant more than just dollar signs.”

In October 2006, she joined Children’s Hope to update the adoption Web site and enhance our internet presence. “The family-oriented atmosphere makes for a wonderful place to work. The people here are sincere and truly concerned for the well-being of children everywhere.”

Dorothy is the proud mother and stepmother of four beautiful children.
