SPIRITUAL: The day begins at the St. Louis office with a meeting of all staff. During the meeting the Executive Director shares gospel messages, spiritual insight and humor with the staff. Staff also shares their information, concerns, blessing or prayer request. It is a time of fellowship that gives our staff a sense of purpose and fulfillment every day. Some even say it is like breakfast, the most important part of their day!

In addition to the morning meeting we also have interactive meetings with our branch offices so that they can share the same information and insights that our St. Louis office has. Children’s Hope International truly has a staff that cares about one another and is fully committed to helping in any way that they can. If you join our organization you will be able to see first hand how you can make a difference and work with awesome people!

HEALTH: Children's Hope International offers medical, dental and vision coverage to all employees. Dependents and spouses may be added for an additional cost.

WELLNESS: Children’s Hope International values our employees and their families, and we recognize that their health and well being (and that of their family) is very important. Because our employees well being is so important we encourage them to take advantage of the wellness programs offered through our insurance carriers. In addition, we also offer a confidential employee assistance plan for employees or dependents.

  • 12 to 22 paid vacation days (depending on years of service), 9 paid holidays and 10 sick days per year.

  • Flexible Spending Account plan that allows our employees to enroll in a pre-tax incentive program to cover health related expenses or child care expenditures.

  • 401(k) plan through Mass Mutual after 90 days of continued employment, and are vested 100% upon enrollment. Children's Hope may match up to 25%, up to 8% of the employee’s compensation.
